Can I swap to another Professional Academy Diploma / Certificate, as my one does not suit me?

If attending your original course is not the right option for you, we can explore an alternative solution of moving to another course that we offer instead. Learners who wish to change their course of study may request a change in writing via this form.

Course changes will not be facilitated more than two weeks after course commencement.

Learners requesting a course change will be issued a credit equal to the amount paid, which can be applied towards their new booking. If there is a cost difference associated with the course, the additional fees must be paid by the learner in full at checkout.

Any unutilised credit balances are not refundable.
