How do I access my course?

Welcome to UCD Professional Academy. We are delighted that you have chosen to learn with us as part of your professional development.

We hope that your learning experience at UCD Professional Academy will open up a rewarding and enjoyable route to professional success.

New Learners (excluding On Demand)

If this is your first time learning with us, you will receive your LMS (Learning Management System) log-in information by email by close of business the Friday before your course or Skill Sprint begins, and will be asked to reset your password. You will be able to view all of your session materials, assessment and class information within there.
 

On Demand Learners New to our LMS

You will receive your LMS login details by email within 24 working hours of signing up for the course or Skill Sprint.

Existing Learners (excluding On Demand)

If you have an existing LMS (Learning Management System) account, please log in to this account in order to access your new course or Skill Sprint. You will not receive new login information. You will see the new course or Skill Sprint on your LMS by close of business the Friday before your course or Skill Sprint begins.

 

On Demand Learners with Existing LMS Accounts

Your new course or Skill Sprint will be visible on your existing LMS account within 24 working hours of signing up.
 

Accessing Your Course

Once your LMS account is available as above, log into the LMS and click on "My Courses" in the top navigation bar.
 
 
From this page, you can navigate through all of your previous and upcoming courses and Skill Sprints by clicking on the relevant tile.

If you have any questions, please browse through our Help Centre as most of the questions you have will be answered there. We have a dedicated team to ensure you have the best experience and they are available to help you during business hours with any queries or concerns you may have.
