How do I cancel/withdraw from my course?

If a cancellation is requested within your 14-day cooling off period from the date of purchase (and this has not been negated by accessing course materials), a full refund of fees paid will be issued, and any payment plan in place will be deactivated.

Once your 14-day cooling-off period has ended or has been negated, the purchase becomes fully binding, and no refunds will be issued. Any cancellation after this point, including following a deferral, does not release you from your financial commitment, which remains payable in full under the original Terms and Conditions.
