# Where can I find information about installing Thesaurus?

### **Important**

*The payroll software used in this course requires a **Windows** operating system. It is your responsibility to ensure you have access to a Windows system for the payroll part of the course.*

***The software license has a time limit.** Please **do not activate your Thesaurus software license until you need it**; otherwise **it may expire** before the submission or resubmission deadlines.*

#### **Pre-July 2026**

The **Bookkeeping and Payroll On Demand** course **Unit 08 slide deck** contains instructions for how to download and install the Thesaurus payroll software, and the credentials for the certificate.

The **Bookkeeping and Payroll Part-Time Online** course **Unit 09 slide deck** contains instructions for how to download and install the Thesaurus payroll software, and the credentials for the certificate.

If this does not work for you, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the certificate, and trying again.

If you are still experiencing issues, please reach out to your Subject Matter Expert during your next live session (for Part-Time Online learners), or in the next live Q&A session (for On Demand learners) or ask on the forums.
