Two people look after your company here at UCD Professional Academy, and you can book time with them both from the Meetings & Support page once you are signed in to EnrolHub. You can also raise a support ticket for the team on this page.

Our Learning Success Team looks after onboarding your team and managing learner enrolments. Your Learning Success representative is your first stop for accounts, access, sign-in problems and getting people enrolled.

Your Account Manager looks after strategic planning, custom solutions, and finding the right courses for your business goals.

For general support and individual learner queries, you and your team can reach out to the Operations Team at support@ucdpa.ie.
