Why did I not receive my EnrolHub welcome email?

Check your quarantine folder first, as sometimes these can be sent to spam.

If you still cannot find your welcome email, please contact support@ucdpa.ie and we will send you a new one.

If you have already chosen your own password and are having trouble accessing an existing account, please see our How do I reset my EnrolHub Password? article instead.

Please note: This article is for L&D Managers and HR Mangers working at companies using EnrolHub. If you are a learner on a programme, you can access your course through the Learning Management System (LMS), not EnrolHub.
