Payment methods
Payment for the course may be made using a credit, charge, or debit card. The UCD Professional Academy will not have any liability whatsoever for any insufficient funds or other charges incurred by the participant as a result of attempts to charge, and/or place holds on, the specified payment method as contemplated by these Terms.
The learner is responsible for paying, through the designated payment processors, all charges at the prices then in effect for any purchase, in accordance with the applicable payment terms presented at the time of purchase. The UCD Professional Academy reserves the right to correct, or to instruct its payment processor or financing partner to correct, any errors or mistakes, even if payment has already been requested or received.
Please note we cannot cheques.
PAYMENT PLANS
UCD Professional Academy offers a flexible interest-free payment plan option powered by Stripe.
By submitting payment information, the learner agrees to pay the total fee and authorises UCD Professional Academy to charge the card on file for each instalment payment.
Each instalment will be automatically charged to the card on file provided at the time of registration for your course according to the payment plan applicable to the course.
The standard cancellation and refund policy applies.
Failed Payments
The learner must ensure that the card balance is sufficient when the instalments are due. If a payment fails due to insufficient funds or any other issue with the payment card, the learner will be notified via email and an attempt to charge the card a further 8 times will be made again within 7 days.
The learner’s access to the UCD Professional Academy Learning Management System (LMS) will be suspended until the outstanding amount is paid in full.
While suspended, the learner will not have access to any courses, materials, or progress tracking within the LMS.
Please note, that loss of access to the course content due to non-payment of fees will not be considered as sufficient grounds for an academic deadlines extension.
Once the overdue payment is settled, the access to the LMS will be reinstated within one working day after the successful payment.
