Students receive their digital certificate via email approximately one week after their results become available. Certificates are sent via the Accredible platform. Physical copies of certificates are never sent by post, however you are able to print your own digital certificate if you wish.
It is not possible to adjust the time frame involved with receiving your digital certificate.
If you are expecting your certificate, but have not yet received it, please double check your spam folder as occasionally a student's email provider may categorize it as a spam email.
If you still cannot find your certificate, you can also retrieve your certificate directly from Accredible here
