Course Changes

If attending your original course is not the right option for you, we can explore an alternative solution of moving to another course that we offer instead. If you wish to change your course of study please request a change in writing via this form.

Course changes will not be facilitated more than two weeks after course commencement.

Learners requesting a course change will be issued a credit equal to the amount paid, which can be applied towards their new booking.  If there is a cost difference associated with the course, the additional fees must be paid by the learner in full at checkout.

Any unutilised credit balances are not refundable.
