Joining Your Online Q&A Sessions

UCD Professional Academy will register you on our LMS (Learning Management System) so you can access your learning materials, course information and the live Q&A sessions for your course.

You will receive a separate email from professional.academy@learn.ucdpa.ie with the subject line: "New User Account". Please be aware this email may occasionally land in a learner’s junk/spam inbox. This will be sent by close of business the Friday before your course begins. This email contains the link to the LMS, your username and a temporary password, which you will be prompted to change when you log in for the first time.

If you have previously taken a course with us, you will not receive new login details by email; simply log into your existing LMS account at https://learn.ucdpa.ie/.

If you are experiencing difficulty logging into your sessions or into the LMS, the Operations Team is available to assist you via this form.
