Joining Your Online Sessions

UCD Professional Academy will register you on our LMS (Learning Management System) so you can access your learning materials, course information and the Zoom details for your course.

You will receive a separate email from professional.academy@learn.ucdpa.ie with the subject line: "New User Account". Please be aware this email may occasionally land in a learner’s junk/spam inbox. This will be sent by close of business the Friday before your course begins. This email contains the link to the LMS, your username and a temporary password, which you will be prompted to change when you log in for the first time.

If you have previously taken a course with us, you will not receive new login details by email; simply log into your existing LMS account at https://learn.ucdpa.ie/.

If you are experiencing difficulty logging into your sessions or into the LMS, the Operations Team is available to assist you via this form.

We do encourage attendance, where possible, but it will not directly influence your overall grade, as this is calculated based on work submitted only.

If you cannot attend a particular session, that’s not a problem and there is no need to let us know. We understand that not all learners can attend every session, which is why we provide live recordings/revision videos on the LMS for you to use to catch up.

Please note that live recordings are available for 120 days from the day the session is delivered, and it is your responsibility to view them within that period.
