Using the Learning Management System (LMS)
UCD Professional Academy uses an online LMS that houses all relevant data relating to your learning.

On the LMS, you can:
- Join your online sessions
- Access all Skill Sprint resources
- Access to either recorded sessions or revision videos
- Recorded sessions are available within 3 working days after the live session takes place, while revision videos are available immediately once the session ends
- Revision videos are not the live session itself, but recordings made in advance that contain all of the slides and course materials for that section of the course
- View your Skill Sprint timetable
- View and complete your Pre-Learning Evaluation, Post-Learning Evaluation and MCQs
You will have access to the LMS and all Skill Sprint materials for a duration of 6 months from the end date of your Skill Sprint before access is restricted. Please note that live session recordings are available for 120 days from the day the class is delivered, and it is your responsibility to view them within that timeframe. Downloading or sharing your course recordings is not allowed; all recordings should be viewed via the LMS. To keep slide decks or handouts for later reference, we recommend downloading them before the end of the 6 month window.
