What do I do if I cannot attend a session?

We do encourage attendance, where possible, but attendance does not directly impact a learner’s ability to achieve a Badge, as this is calculated based on successful completion of the five Skill Sprint requirements only. There is no need to let us know as we do not update attendance retroactively due to it not affecting Badging.

If you cannot attend a particular session, that’s not a problem. We understand that not all learners can attend every session, which is why we provide live recordings/revision videos for you on the LMS to catch up on any content you might have missed.

Please note that class recordings are available for 120 days from the day the session is delivered, and it is your responsibility to view them within that period.

If you wish, you can send your Subject Matter Expert (SME) a chat during the live session the following week to let them know you are back.
