How do I reset my EnrolHub password?

EnrolHub does not have a self-service password reset as part of our Pilot, which is why there is no “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in page. Password resets are currently managed by the EnrolHub Project Team.

If you need to reset your EnrolHub password:

  1. Email support@ucdpa.ie to let us know you cannot access your account
  2. We will create a temporary password and email it to you
  3. Sign in with your temporary password
You will be asked to create a new password straight away.

Please note: This article is for L&D Managers and HR Mangers working at companies using EnrolHub. If you are a learner on a programme, you can access your course through the Learning Management System (LMS), not EnrolHub.
