What is UCD Professional Academy's policy on audio & video recording?

All UCD Professional Academy online sessions are recorded. You are not obliged to appear on camera, however if you do have your camera and microphone on, you may feature in the recording.

Learner names, as displayed in the online classroom environment, may appear in the transcript and closed captions. You have the option to modify how your name appears within the platform before joining any online sessions.

Recordings can be shared with the participants of that session via private and unlisted links on the Learning Management System (LMS). Access to these recordings and transcripts remains restricted to the relevant cohort only. Retention periods for these recordings and associated transcripts are defined and applied consistently.

Any unauthorised sharing of the recordings is prohibited.
