Why can I not reset my LMS password or access my account?
Failed payments will trigger the suspension of your LMS account. Please ensure that your instalment payments are up to date and, if necessary, top up your card balance.
You can use your Stripe Customer Portal link to manage your payment method and settle outstanding instalment invoices. You can find this by searching your inbox for the email titled "Your customer portal login link", which was sent when you subscribed to the payment plan.
