Why can I not reset my LMS password or access my account?
Failed payments will trigger the suspension of your LMS account. Please ensure that your instalment payments are up to date and, if necessary, top up your card balance.
You can use your Stripe Customer Portal link to manage your payment method and settle outstanding instalment invoices. After subscribing to a payment plan, this link will allow you to access your Stripe account to view payment history, download receipts, manage payment methods (cards), and pay outstanding fees
