Why have I not received my LMS (Learning Management System) log-in information?
Existing learners
- If you have an existing LMS (Learning Management System) account, please log in to this account in order to access your new course or Skill Sprint. You will not receive new login information. You will see the new course or Skill Sprint on your LMS by close of business the Friday before your course or Skill Sprint begins.
New learners
- Occasionally, the email containing your LMS log-in information may end up in your spam folder. Please remember to check here. If you cannot locate the email containing your log-in information after the Friday before your course or Skill Sprint begins, please raise a ticket for our team using this form, and we'd be delighted to help.
Note: Kindly make sure you use the correct email address when registering for your course.
I have not received my LMS log-in information
If you do not receive your LMS log-in information by close of business the Friday before your course or Skill Sprint begins, please go to the LMS (Learning Management System) at https://learn.ucdpa.ie/.
Click 'Forgotten your username or password?'
Complete the steps that follow.
An email will be sent to you prompting you to reset your password (please check your spam folder) and you will be able to access your account.
